During the recent planning phase of our new home, John demonstrated his exceptional talents and skills by designing a creative, yet functional and efficient layout that incorporated all our wants and needs.
Our home was a sizable project with many unique requirements. Certain elements of our project, such as adjoining two completely separate living areas and accommodating for a very open floor plan made ours a challenging project. He was able to gracefully tie all the elements together, create dimensions perfect for our lot and location, and still maintain the look, character and style we desired for our home.
John has a keen ability for consulting and relates well to his clients. We were initially concerned about keeping the lines of communication open with him because of being in different states. Those fears were quickly resolved as we began the planning process and he made connecting and exchanging proposals frequent and easy. We can whole-heartedly say that he did an exceptional job listening to our ideas and making our dreams become reality. Nothing was rushed or hurried. He took a great deal of time sitting down with us and establishing goals for our home. His ability to relate to people made working with him a very enjoyable experience.
We could continue on with more glowing accounts of John, but will instead simply say that we think the world of him and respect greatly his talents as a home designer. He would definitely be our first choice for any future projects and we would love to work with him again.
